1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using VintageAuth, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

VintageAuth provides software licensing, authentication, and related developer tools. Features may change. We may suspend or limit access for abuse, unpaid invoices, or security reasons.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Sharing accounts is not allowed. Enable 2FA when available. We are not responsible for loss caused by leaked passwords unless due to a confirmed breach on our systems.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, crack, bypass, or disrupt VintageAuth.
• Do not upload malware, steal credentials, or attack other users.
• Do not use the service for illegal activity under applicable law.
• Do not scrape, spam, or overload our APIs beyond fair use.

5. Intellectual property & branding

VintageAuth name, logo, and site materials are our branding. You may not present VintageAuth as another product (including KeyAuth or any third-party auth brand). Client SDKs and your own application code remain yours.

Unauthorized cloning, phishing sites, or trademark misuse may result in account termination and legal notices (including DMCA / trademark complaints where applicable).

6. User content & files

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and deliver it as needed to run the service. You must have rights to any files you distribute through VintageAuth. Copyright complaints about user files should be directed to the responsible uploader; contact us at noreply@vintageauth.in for abuse reports.

7. Payments & disputes

If you purchase a paid plan, contact support before opening a payment dispute. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in permanent account closure. Refunds are handled case-by-case per your plan terms.

8. DMCA / copyright policy

We respect intellectual property. To report alleged infringement on VintageAuth-controlled material, email noreply@vintageauth.in with:

• Your contact information
• Description of the copyrighted work
• URL or location of the allegedly infringing material
• A good-faith statement and signature (electronic is fine)

Teaching or distributing methods to crack, bypass, or pirate VintageAuth or customer software may lead to removal requests and account bans.

9. Privacy

We store account data needed to operate the service (e.g. username, hashed email, auth logs). See our Privacy / GDPR page for more detail. Transactional emails are sent from noreply@vintageauth.in.

10. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, VintageAuth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or zero if on a free plan).

11. Termination

You may stop using VintageAuth at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Provisions that should survive (IP, liability limits, DMCA) will survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
